Pack and Ship Electric Piano

I need you to pick up a 60 lb electric piano from 62002 Alton, IL and get it safely to me in 78503 McAllen, TX. You’ll be handling everything from materials to hand-off at FedEx.

Materials
Please purchase all packing supplies—a sturdy 48" × 24" × 12" double-wall box, plenty of bubble-wrap, a pallet trimmed to match the box footprint, and ratchet straps.

Packing & Palletizing
Wrap the piano generously, line the box, seal it well, then strap the boxed unit firmly to the custom-sized pallet. I want it tight enough that nothing shifts in transit.

Scheduling
Pickup can happen within a time window we’ll agree on; I’m flexible but would like to lock that in together so the seller is ready.

Shipping
Take the pallet to FedEx, ship it to McAllen, insure it for its replacement value, and send me the tracking number as soon as it prints. Photos of the packed piano and the labeled pallet before drop-off are required for peace of mind.

• FedEx receipt with tracking number
• Clear photos documenting the packing process
