Overseas Live Streamer Agent/Guild Leader (Targeting Overseas Chinese Students) Remote · Part-time/Flexible · Base Salary + Commission
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Project Background
We are expanding into overseas markets and plan to establish local streamer guild systems in Southeast Asia and South America.
To this end, we are looking for Chinese students studying abroad to serve as national-level streamer agents/guild leaders, assisting us in recruiting and managing streamers locally.
Given your long-term experience studying and living in the local area, your familiarity with the local culture, language, and social environment, and your ability to communicate effectively with headquarters in Chinese, this will be a very important role with significant growth potential.
Job Responsibilities
As an overseas streamer agent, your main responsibilities include:
Local Streamer Recruitment
Recruit female streamers on local social media platforms, communities, or freelance platforms.
Introduce candidates to the platform's streamer work model and basic requirements.
Initially screen suitable streamers and guide them through the onboarding process.
Streamer Onboarding and Basic Management
Assist new streamers with basic setup (materials, rule explanations, etc.).
Answer common questions streamers encounter in the early stages.
Encourage streamers to remain active and complete daily tasks as required by the platform.
Communication and Coordination
Maintain communication with the platform's official operations team (in Chinese).
Summarize the basic information and feedback from local streamers.
No need to handle complex technical or financial issues (handled by the platform).
Guild Building (Gradually)
As the number of streamers grows, gradually build a streamer team in your country/region.
Become a long-term cooperative agent in that region.
We hope you possess:
Chinese nationality, currently studying or residing overseas.
Your location includes, but is not limited to:
Vietnam / Philippines / Singapore / Malaysia / Thailand / Indonesia / South American countries
Excellent communication skills and organized work style
Experience in recruitment, community management, and international student communities is preferred.
Able to accept a results-oriented approach (equal emphasis on recruitment and management).
Income and Cooperation Method
Base salary + recruitment commission + team performance bonus
Income is directly linked to the number and activity level of the streamers you manage.
High-performing individuals may receive long-term cooperation and higher privileges.
Flexible working hours, can be combined with studies.
Suitable for this position:
Those who want to earn a stable side income while studying abroad.
Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
Those who want to build their own team, not just perform single tasks.
Those who want to cooperate with domestic teams long-term.
Cooperation Process
Online communication to understand the project and cooperation model.
Confirm cooperation intention.
Activate agent privileges and begin local recruitment.
