• Consistent outbound call activity during agreed hours
• Clear, upbeat explanations of our website features, pricing, and timelines
• Real-time notes and status updates logged in the CRM so we can track every conversation
• Prompt follow-ups that move warm leads through to payment
Target markets are US based, small businesses, so confident, natural phone rapport is essential.
