Outbound Telecaller – Retail Support -- 2

I’m building a small team of telecallers who can handle outbound customer-support calls for our retail product line. Your day will revolve around reaching out to recent buyers, resolving post-purchase questions, updating order information in our CRM, and making sure every customer leaves the call satisfied.

Basic, clear communication is all that’s required—fluency in Hindi is a must as that’s how most of our customers prefer to converse. If you’re a fresher, don’t worry; a short onboarding script and product brief will get you up to speed quickly.

The role is full-time on-site (location will be shared during the interview stage) and offers a fixed salary of ₹12,000 per month. All call-management software, contact lists, and training materials are provided—you just need a professional phone manner, reliability, and the willingness to learn.
