Exhibit Hall Booth On-Site Assistant Needed in Orlando. 1.10-1.13
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Location: The Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, Florida
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to assist with our exhibit hall booth in Orlando on January 10th-January 13th. The role interacting with visitors ensuring the booth runs smoothly throughout the event. Training on company profile will be provided.
Work Period:
January 10th - January 13th
(Note: January 10th to 11th will be half-day afternoon shifts; on January 13th, work may extend until 10 PM. Any time worked beyond regular hours will be compensated separately.)
Responsibilities:
• January 10th: Assist with setting up the venue and booths (installation and arrangement of exhibits).
• January 11th: Attend pre-event training to understand event processes and product details.
• January 12th-13th: Assist with client reception, answer questions, and provide support during the exhibition.
Requirements:
● Able to manage accommodation independently. Therefore, it is preferred that you are located near the Convention Center.
● Outgoing personality with excellent social communication skills.
● Experience in customer service, event support and sales is preferred
● Experience in customer service, event support, and sales is preferred.
● If you have worked in a school system, that will be a plus.
Daily rate: $200
