Organic Fertiliser Sales Caller

I have a steady flow of wholesale-distributor enquiries coming in from the major agri-marketplaces and need someone who can jump on the phone, explain our organic fertiliser range, and turn interest into confirmed orders. You’ll work from home, speaking fluently in both English and Hindi, and log each conversation in the tracker I provide.

Before you start, I’ll run a short remote training session so you’re fully confident with product features, pricing, and common objections. After that, the routine is straightforward: receive the daily lead sheet, call every contact, resolve their questions, and secure the sale.

Payment is a ₹10,000 fixed monthly retainer plus attractive incentives for every lead you close—your earnings rise directly with your conversion rate.

When you submit your bid, include examples of past work that prove you can sell over the phone. I’ll prioritise freelancers who meet these criteria:
• Previous experience in sales
• Knowledge of fertiliser or related agri-input products
• Fluency in regional languages alongside English and Hindi

Deliverable: a concise weekly report showing calls made, outcomes, and converted orders.
