I'm seeking a permanent employee for the role of Store Manager at our store located in KW6 Mall, Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate should have a balanced expertise in both optometry and sales, with experience ranging from 1 to 8 years. We offer a competitive CTC, among the best in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and provide accurate lens prescriptions.
- Advise customers on eye care and suitable products.
- Drive sales through effective upselling techniques.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle cash transactions and billing efficiently.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in optometry, including eye examinations, lens prescriptions, and customer advising.
- Strong sales skills, including upselling products and managing customer relationships.
- Proficiency in handling cash and billing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
