Online Vehicle Listing and Enquiry Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and organised individual to assist with managing vehicle listings and customer enquiries across multiple online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create, upload, and manage car listings on various online platforms
• Repost vehicle listings daily on Facebook to maximise visibility
• Ensure vehicle descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate and up to date
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email and online messaging
• Set and confirm customer appointments for vehicle viewings and calls
• Maintain clear records of enquiries and appointments
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication

Requirements:
• Strong written communication skills
• Good organisational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace and social media posting
• Basic knowledge of cars is an advantage but not essential
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused

Working Hours:
• Flexible / Part-time or Full-time (to be discussed)

Location:
• Remote or Office-based (depending on arrangement)
