Online Sales & Customer Support Assistant – Hungary (Jófogás & eMAG)
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
We are an EU-based manufacturer of gas and electric grills, selling our products directly from our own production and warehouse, without intermediaries.
We are entering the Hungarian market and are looking for a reliable freelancer for long-term cooperation to support online sales and customer communication in the Hungarian language.
All products are shipped directly from our warehouse to the end customer, and delivery is free of charge for customers.
The main sales and technical support is provided by our team; the freelancer’s role is to handle basic communication with customers and support the sales process.
We will also set up a Facebook page for the Hungarian market, where Facebook Messenger will be the main communication channel.
If sales are successfully established, we plan to gradually expand sales activities and the scope of cooperation, with the possibility of a long-term partnership.
Responsibilities – Phase 1 (Jófogás.hu):
-Create and manage 10–15 product listings for selected grill models
-Communicate with potential customers in Hungarian
(primarily via Facebook Messenger and e-mail, WhatsApp if needed)
-Respond to basic inquiries and support customers during the buying process
-Filter serious buyers and forward confirmed orders
-Collect basic market feedback (questions, interest, pricing)
Responsibilities – Phase 2 (eMAG.hu):
-Support with product setup and listings on eMAG.hu
-Basic customer communication via the platform
Requirements:
-Native or fluent Hungarian
-Experience with online sales or customer support
-Experience with Jófogás, eMAG, or similar marketplaces is an advantage
-Sales-oriented and responsible approach
-Reliability and clear communication
Compensation:
100 EUR fixed per month
+ 6% commission per each sold grill
Possibility of long-term cooperation and expansion of responsibilities
Workload: approx. 10–15 hours per month
Start: immediately
