Online Flooring Sales Representative

I need an experienced closer who can turn our Melbourne web traffic and digital enquiries into confirmed flooring orders. Your day-to-day work will revolve around online sales only-Calls /Messages & CRM management ; you will not be expected to make cold calls or walk into showrooms. Instead, you will be given access to our existing lead sources and any new digital channels you recommend—social platforms, e-commerce listings, email follow-ups, live chat, or similar tools are all on the table as long as they drive conversions.

Here’s what success looks like for me:
• Promptly respond to inbound calls/messages and quotes that come through the website or social media.
• Nurture prospects with product knowledge, accurate measuring guidance, and clear pricing so they feel confident buying remotely.
• Close the sale, generate the invoice, and hand the order off to our fulfillment team.
• Keep a simple weekly report showing leads contacted, deals won, and any obstacles that need my attention.
