We are a startup online education center based in the UAE, and we are looking for a motivated **Sales and Customer Service Agent** to join our team. Our website and platform are already live, and we provide full training about our Courses.
Job Details
1.Training: 1 day (materials provided)
2.Type: Commission-based (a basic salary will be added after the first 10 sales)
3.Work Setup: Remote – you must have a laptop, headset, and a stable internet connection
4. Languages: English C1 required; advanced skills in other languages (German, Chinese, Arabic, Italian, Spanish) are a strong advantage
5. Preferred: Knowledge of adult education or training courses
Commission Structure
1.Good leads:10% per booked course
2.Old leads: 20% per booked course
3.Cold calling leads: 30% per booked course
4.Leads you provide yourself: 40% per booked course
Working Hours
* Time zone: **GMT +4**
* You may choose to work **4 or 8 hours per day**, but must be available for at least **4 hours daily**
Shift options:
* Shift 1: 11:00–15:00
* Shift 2: 15:00–19:00
* Shift 3: 19:00–23:00
Workdays: 6 days per week (no work on Sundays)
