I’m rolling out a Demat Account Activation Program and need a specialist who can take charge of two core pieces of the onboarding journey:
• KYC Verification – conducted entirely through our website portal, following all SEBI and exchange guidelines for online verification. You’ll review uploaded documents, validate identity, flag discrepancies, and clear each application for next-step processing.
• Account Setup Guidance – once KYC is green-lit, I want every client walked through the actual Demat account creation: explaining forms, linking bank details, setting up log-ins, and confirming their first successful sign-in.
Success for me is simple: each applicant should move from “submitted” to “fully active” without chasing us for clarifications, and our audit trail must meet regulatory checks at any point.
Please outline previous experience with Demat or financial KYC processes, the tools or modules you prefer for website-based verification, and your expected turnaround per applicant.
