In-Office Real Estate Lead Caller

I run a growing real-estate firm in Noida and I’m ready to scale our outreach. I’ll hand you fresh data every morning; your job is to sit in the office full-time, pick up the phone, and turn those numbers into qualified buyer leads for both residential and commercial projects.

You’ll introduce our offerings, answer basic queries, and flag anyone who wants more details so my sales team can take it from there. Fluent, friendly phone skills in Hindi and English are essential because the single goal of every call is to generate leads.

To keep things organised, you’ll log each conversation in the simple CRM/Excel sheet we use, note follow-ups, and hand me a quick end-of-day summary.

Deliverables
• Continuous outbound calling from our Noida office, Monday–Saturday
• Real-time entry of call outcomes and contact details
• Daily summary sheet highlighting qualified buyer leads and callbacks
