Night-Shift Filipino Call Agent
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a reliable Philippine-based professional who can work from home handling inbound customer support calls each night from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am (Manila time). You will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their queries, logging each interaction accurately, and making sure every caller feels heard and helped.
Because you will be speaking with customers throughout your entire shift, an advanced command of English—both clarity and confidence—is essential. Consistent attendance is critical, although you’ll enjoy two scheduled days off every week.
