NSW Clubs Decision-Maker Contact Collection
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have a spreadsheet of 50 licensed clubs across New South Wales and need each one phoned directly. The purpose of every call is simple: identify the primary decision maker so that I can personally invite them to an upcoming launch of our for-purpose business supporting Australian military veterans.
No selling. No pitching. Just a request for information to a sector who should be willing to respond.
Your calls must achieve three things for every club:
• Confirm the correct decision maker for beverage purchases
• Capture the person’s full name, their exact position/title, and a current email address.
• Be prepared to do a phone call follow up once the invitation has been sent if they don't RSVP
You’ll update the existing sheet in real time (Excel or Google Sheets is fine) and include any useful notes—reception hurdles, preferred call-back times, gatekeeper names, etc.
Strong, neutral Australian phone etiquette is essential; familiarity with NSW club culture is a plus. All numbers are local, so you’ll need a calling solution that handles Australian landlines and mobiles without quality issues.
I will supply:
• The call script and overview of the invitation, including background on our business.
• The club list with base contact numbers.
• Suggested responses to any potential obstacles / questions.
This project is time sensitive, so looking for someone who can commence immediately and complete within 3 business days.
Successful completion of this project will lead to definite ongoing opportunities for similar work.
