Mystery Shoppers: Service Evaluation

I manage an ongoing, project-based mystery shopping program that sends evaluators into retail stores, restaurants, and, at times, hotels. For each assignment I share a detailed brief and scenario; your job is to observe and later document how friendly the staff are, how quickly they respond, and how confidently they handle product-related questions. The focus is purely on customer service.

Assignments are offered as they arise, so you’re free to pick only the visits that suit your schedule and location. All job details—including any required purchases—are disclosed up front before you accept.

Deliverables for every visit
• A completed digital questionnaire covering staff friendliness, response time, and product knowledge
• A time-stamped receipt or clear photo that proves the visit took place
• Concise narrative comments that highlight standout moments, good or bad

Submit the full report within 24 hours of the visit through the provided online form or Excel sheet. Clear writing, objectivity, and attention to detail are paramount.
