Project Overview
We are hiring on-site field staff for a U.S.-based project.
The work is performed in person at residential locations. All equipment, training, and procedures are provided.
We are recruiting for two roles:
1. Field Operator
2. Mandarin-English Interpreter

Role 1: Field Operator
Responsibilities:
• Operate provided equipment on site after training
• Follow clear, step-by-step procedures
• Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
• Work indoors and outdoors in residential environments
• Travel between U.S. states with the project team
Requirements:
• Currently located in the United States
• Available for 40-60 consecutive days
• Willing to travel across multiple U.S. states
• Comfortable using a laptop, controller, and smartphone
• Reliable and able to follow instructions precisely

Role 2: Mandarin-English Interpreter
Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site Mandarin to English interpretation
• Support communication between field staff and a Mandarin-speaking remote team
• Assist with clarifying instructions and feedback in real time
Requirements:
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Currently located in the United States
• Available for 40-60 consecutive days
• Willing to travel with the field team
