I am in need of a proficient customer service representative who can manage telephone support, email inquiries, and live chat for my business. The role will demand 1-4 hours of availability per day. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English.

- Responding to customer's emails in a timely manner
- Providing efficient and friendly live chat support

- Exceptional communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with using live chat software
- Flexibility to work 1-4 hours daily
- Previous experience in e-commerce customer service would be a plus
