Multichannel Customer Service Trainee

I am looking for an entry-level customer service representative with excellent communication skills in English, Spanish, or French.
The successful candidate will be working across various channels, including phone calls, emails as well as live chats, to address customer service inquiries.
The role requires:
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Familiarity with phone, email, and live chat platforms
- Outstanding English language fluency
Experience working in customers service will be a bonus, although not compulsory as this role is open to entry-level applicants. The ability to multitask and solve problems quickly will be useful.
