Moroccan Arabic Phone Support

I sell a range of consumer products to customers across Morocco and need someone who can answer incoming calls in fluent Moroccan Arabic (Darija). The requests are usually straightforward—people want opening-hour details, product availability, shipping times, or clarification on how to place an order—so the focus is general information and friendly assistance rather than deep technical troubleshooting.

The busiest window is the morning slot, 8 AM – 12 PM (GMT+1). During that period you’ll:

• Pick up calls promptly through our VoIP line (I’ll give you login credentials).
• Greet customers in a warm, conversational style, gather their questions, and provide clear answers or simple next steps.
• Log each interaction in our web-based CRM so I can track recurring issues and customer sentiment.

You don’t need to be a sales closer, but you should naturally upsell when relevant and make sure every caller hangs up satisfied. Stable internet, a quiet workspace, and a headset are essential.

Deliverable: daily call log exported from the CRM with brief notes for each interaction, handed over by 12:30 PM.
