Mixmix App Chat Host Recruitment
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m expanding the Mixmix APP team and need engaging hosts who can carry lively one-on-one conversations with our users by video, voice and text. All sessions are conducted in English, so clear, confident spoken and written English is essential.
Because our community expects warm, upbeat interaction, I value hosts who already understand customer service dynamics and have a natural flair for entertainment. You should know how to make people feel welcome, keep conversations flowing, and handle any unexpected moments with professionalism.
Technical basics are straightforward: a quiet space, reliable high-speed connection, HD webcam, and quality headset. Your on-screen presence, quick typing, and active listening skills will drive user satisfaction and increase session time, so please highlight any metrics or achievements that show your impact in previous roles.
Deliverables
• A short introductory video (1–2 minutes) demonstrating your camera presence and English fluency
• A brief written bio outlining relevant customer service and entertainment experience
• Your weekly availability schedule in UTC
Once I review your materials, shortlisted hosts will be invited to a 10-minute live audition on Mixmix. If that goes well, we’ll agree on shift blocks and start dates right away.
