Manage My Inmoov Etsy Store

I run a small Etsy shop that sells individual InMoov robot parts as well as complete units, and I’m ready to hand over day-to-day operations so I can focus on production. Your primary role is to be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for every buyer while keeping the shop running smoothly.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Customer messaging – respond quickly to questions about part compatibility, lead times, and pricing.
• Inventory oversight – update stock counts as items are printed or shipped so listings always reflect what’s actually available.
• Shipping coordination – generate labels, book pickups, and confirm tracking numbers for domestic and international orders.
• California storefront notes – remind shoppers that we also have a physical store in California for local pickups or on-site demos, and pass along any in-person appointment requests.

I’ll still check messages and monitor the shop occasionally, but I won’t change anything you set up without discussing it first—and I ask the same courtesy in return.
