Your local insight will help me keep up-to-date information on the city’s most important tourist attractions and landmarks—opening hours, permitted routes, crowd patterns, recent restrictions and any insider tips that only a resident would know.
Alongside that, I own a small apartment on the edge of the city that requires light household attention. Tasks include dropping in once a week, checking electricity and water, airing out the rooms, handling simple fixes yourself and coordinating with local tradespeople for anything more technical. Regular photo or short-video updates will keep me fully informed.
