I am looking for freelancers from India, who can provide phone support as customer service representatives.
The ideal candidate should know Marathi, Hindi, English and respective regional language.

1)Smart phone
2)Laptop/PC according to project
3)Good Wi-Fi / Internet connection
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support through phone calls
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, English and other regional language.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Availability to handle less than 50 customer interactions per day
