Local Customer Service Fresher Needed

I’m looking for a friendly newcomer who can meet customers face-to-face at our local office, listen to their concerns, resolve complaints on the spot, and offer clear, accurate information about our services. Most of the interaction happens at the reception counter, so confident verbal communication and a patient attitude are essential.
You’ll log each interaction in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software right after the conversation, keeping notes concise and organised so the rest of the team can follow up when necessary. If you’ve never worked with a CRM before, that’s fine—I’m happy to walk you through the basics during onboarding, but you should be comfortable with computers and quick to learn new screens.
