Live Chat Customer Service Support
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I am in need of a small but dedicated team of 2 live chat customer service agents. The ideal candidate would have :
- Experience in customer service, particularly in live chat support.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The support is required 7 days a week (Mon - Sun : GMT +8 2pm - 10pm, 10pm - 7am)
Responsibilities would include :
- To copy and paste inquiries / information from skype Group A to Group B
- To ensure no contact details is included in the inquiries pasted from Group A to Group B i.e. email address, contact number, name, company name etc.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries through live chat.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in live chat support.
