Live Betting and content Chat Moderator

Our adult-focused betting and content site runs around-the-clock video rooms where members place wagers, chat, and watch hosts stream. I need a moderator who can step in front of the camera when required, keep the energy high, and—just as important—provide fast, accurate help whenever someone is confused about odds, payments, or room etiquette.
During a shift you will:
• Go live on video, greet viewers, and keep conversation flowing so the room stays active.
• Answer user questions through the built-in chat, guiding them through bets, account issues, or technical hiccups.
• De-escalate any inappropriate behavior quickly and discreetly, flagging serious breaches to my support team.
• Wrap up with a concise shift report: notable questions answered, user feedback, and any incidents handled.
Comfort working on an adult platform is essential; clarity, a friendly on-camera presence, and solid command of spoken English will set you up for success. If you enjoy lively interactions and can think on your feet, this role should feel natural.
