I’m looking for a reliable part-time assistant to keep my LinkedIn presence for Engine Capital running smoothly throughout the Sydney business day.
What you’ll do
• Actively monitor comments and direct messages on my posts for about three hours each day.
• Keep conversations professional, friendly and on-brand, replying where appropriate and noting anything that needs my personal touch.
• Spot and flag potential client leads so I can follow up quickly.
• Send me a concise end-of-day summary outlining activity, engagement highlights and any key opportunities you identified.
What I’m after
• Clear, polished written English and a professional communication style.
• Familiarity with finance or private-lending terminology so you can recognise meaningful enquiries.
• Consistency and responsiveness—ideally you check in several times across your three-hour window, Monday through Saturday.
• Discretion with sensitive information and strong personal organisation.
