Licensed Public Property Claims Adjuster Needed
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
We are seeking the services of a licensed public adjuster with comprehensive experience in handling property insurance claims. As a client, we frequently deal with a vast array of properties, predominantly:
- Residential Properties
- Single-family homes
- Condominiums/Apartments
- Multi-family homes
- Commercial properties
The ideal candidate for this role will showcase the ability to meticulously manage these types of claims. Your skill set and experience should demonstrate a strong understanding of the policies, settlements and procedures involved in residential and commercial property claims. Assertive negotiation skills and exceptional attention to detail are requisite for this role. Dedicate your response to the breadth of your experience, your success with previous claims and any relevant qualifications you possess in this area.
Ohio Economic Roofing is seeking a Licensed Independent Claims Adjuster for assisting the company process claims. This is a premium opportunity as there is a high demand for adjusters. Independent Claims Adjusters under contract will make 10% of the claim processed which averages $300+ per claim. During heavy claim and storm season, a contracted adjuster can process 3-6 claims per day and may exceed that amount. The more successful you are as an independent adjuster, the more you make your worth!
Ohio Economic Roofing is undergoing growth initiatives, and based on the company’s philosophies it is important our clients get all aspects of their insurance claims covered to the fullest. Our growth includes taking on commercial roofing projects with higher margins and deeper involvement for adjusters. With our current growth, we are adding on average 10 additional projects per week and expect our contracted Independent Claims Adjuster to have a steady flow of residential and commercial claims to process.
We are seeking a Licensed Independent Claims Adjuster who has at least 50 claims under their belt. All work is remote and would be considered a contracted non-employee (1099-MISC). Interested candidates must be 18 years of age, have good computer skills, excellent customer service skills, and be a Licensed Independent Claims Adjuster with at least a moderate amount of experience.
