Lead Leisure Travel Consultant
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m looking for an experienced travel professional who can take full ownership of our leisure-focused operation for Asia. Your day-to-day will start with handling inbound enquiries, understanding each traveller’s preferences, and turning those conversations into confirmed bookings. From sourcing flights and hotels to crafting custom itineraries, you’ll be responsible for every reservation detail and ensuring suppliers are paid on time.
Beyond the sales cycle, I also need you to keep our pipeline healthy by coordinating light marketing and promotional efforts—think seasonal offers, curated social posts, and partnership outreach that drives new leads. Because you’ll be the face of the brand for our clients, a consultative approach, prompt communication, and a solid track record with GDS or similar booking platforms are must-haves.
Deliverables for each month:
• Minimum conversion target from enquiry to booking (we’ll agree the figure together).
• Seamless end-to-end reservations for all confirmed trips.
• A concise performance report covering lead sources, conversion percentages, and promotional activities completed.
