Lead-Gen Outbound Email Support

I have a steady stream of prospects who need a friendly voice on the phone and timely follow-ups in their inbox. Your core focus will be outbound calls aimed at lead generation—qualifying interest, gathering key details, and booking the next step in the sales cycle. Between calls, you’ll manage email support for order updates so customers always know exactly where their purchase stands.

You’ll work inside our CRM and email platform, logging every call outcome and tagging each customer interaction so the sales team has clean, up-to-date data. A concise end-of-day summary of leads generated, call dispositions, and order-update emails sent will keep us aligned.
