Here’s what success looks like to me:

• Place timely calls, respond to missed ones, and send follow-up emails or text messages as appropriate
• Log each interaction in my CRM with a brief status update and any scheduled next action
• Suggest tweaks to the current script when you see an opportunity to improve response or conversion rates
