Lead Engagement Specialist - Client-Focused Appointment Setting

We’re a growing service business looking for a highly empathetic and communication-driven individual to manage inbound inquiries and turn interest into booked appointments.
This role centers on creating a smooth, comfortable experience for potential clients - helping them feel understood, supported, and confident in taking the next step.

> > Lead Follow-Up & Engagement
- Respond to new inquiries the same business day via phone, text, and email.
- Follow up with warm leads and nurture conversations over multiple touchpoints.
- Keep communication consistent, timely, and well-paced.
> > Appointment Setting
- Help potential clients feel comfortable booking a consultation.
- Schedule appointments using tools like Calendly or Acuity.
- Ensure a smooth handoff from inquiry to confirmed booking.
> > CRM & Organization
- Log all conversations, notes, and outcomes in the CRM.
- Maintain clear visibility of pipeline and next steps.
- Stay on top of follow-ups so no lead is missed.
> Requirements
- Experience in sales development, appointment setting, or client-facing roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations at once.
- A calm, confident, and client-first communication style.
> Job Details
- Part-time: ~10–20 hours/week.
- Schedule must be within Vancouver Canada time zone, 9–5, M–F.
- Compensation: Base + performance-based bonuses.
- Growth Path: Potential to grow into a closing or client success role.
