Kerala Shop Assistant & Video Editor
Budget: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 INR
I run a small specialty store just outside Annamanada and I’m ready to bring in a part-time team-mate who can keep our customers engaged online while lending a hand on the shop floor. Your main focus will be turning raw product footage into short, catchy promotional clips—CapCut or Premiere, whichever you’re faster with. Between edits you’ll answer customer questions by phone, WhatsApp and our social channels, update order statuses and, when needed, greet walk-ins.
You’ll thrive here if Malayalam comes to you as naturally as breathing, you live close enough to drop in on a regular schedule (we’ll set fixed or flexible hours together) and you’re curious to learn the rhythm of a small retail business.
Deliverables I’ll count on
• 5–7 polished promotional videos per week, ready for Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp statuses
• Prompt, friendly replies to all incoming calls and messages, with a simple end-of-day log
• Accurate entry of new online orders into our system
