Kannada Phone Support Representative
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a native-level Kannada speaker to take incoming calls from our customers, resolve their questions, and log concise notes in English inside our CRM. You will be the first voice they hear, so a friendly, patient tone and clear pronunciation are essential.
The job is fully remote; all you need is a quiet space, a reliable internet connection, and a phone or tablet capable of running our soft-dialer app. I’ll provide a short script, an FAQ, and system training so you can start right away.
Key expectations
• Answer calls during the agreed shift and follow the call flow I provide
• Record each conversation’s outcome in the CRM in simple English
• Escalate issues you can’t solve by tagging me in the system
• Send a brief end-of-day summary of total calls handled and any outstanding follow-ups
