I run an Instagram shop and need a reliable pair of hands to keep our direct messages flowing. Your main task is to reply to customers who reach out because they’re interested in our products—answering questions, guiding them through any size or color choices, and nudging them toward checkout when they’re ready.
Here’s what success looks like for me:
• Every inquiry gets a friendly, helpful reply within a reasonable window (ideally under an hour during our active times).
• Conversations stay organized so I can quickly see who converted, who needs a follow-up, and which questions come up most often.
• Tone is warm, clear, and consistent with the brand voice; Arabic is a must since all our followers speak it.
• Quick summaries or screenshots land in my inbox each day so I’m never guessing where things stand.
