Inside Sales Chat Specialist

I need an inside sales specialist who can sell our professional services almost exclusively through online chat. You will greet every visitor, keep the conversation flowing, qualify their needs, and guide them toward closing—all without picking up the phone.

During agreed-upon shifts you’ll sit inside our live-chat console, respond within seconds, and log every lead in our CRM. I will provide training on the services, pricing and usual objections; you refine the script on the fly to match each prospect’s tone. Clear, persuasive written English and the ability to juggle multiple chats at once are essential.

Deliverables
• Real-time coverage of the online chat window for the scheduled hours
• Daily CRM updates with notes, deal stage and next steps
• A concise weekly report summarizing total chats, qualified leads, conversions and insights for optimization
