I need a reliable person to monitor my WhatsApp account and reply to incoming messages in Indonesian using the short templates I provide. The work is straightforward: be online during the agreed-upon hours, answer politely, and keep a concise daily log of any key points so I can track each conversation at a glance.

I welcome applicants even if you have never handled customer-service chats before; proven experience is a plus but not essential. A response time of a few minutes—three or so per message—is fine as long as every inquiry is covered and the tone stays friendly and consistent with the template. What matters most is that you feel very comfortable following set guidelines and can write clear, mistake-free Indonesian.

Main deliverables:
• Prompt, template-based replies to all incoming WhatsApp messages during scheduled hours
• A short end-of-day summary noting important questions, follow-ups, or unresolved issues
