The task centres on converting a daily list of prospects into paid orders for a USB-based internet dongle. I will supply the contact database, the call script outline, the current pricing table and any limited-time promotions. Your job is to cold-call each lead, present the offer clearly, emphasise the attractive pricing and ongoing discounts, and close the sale on the same call whenever possible.

Immediate follow-up by email is required for prospects who request written details; simply customise the template I provide, hit send, and record the outcome. Before the end of every shift, forward the updated call sheet in Excel or Google Sheets so I can track dials, conversations, and confirmed purchases in real time.

A confident, friendly female voice in Indian regional or neutral accent is essential, along with reliable phone or VoIP access, fluent English and Hindi (additional local languages are a plus), and solid spreadsheet skills. If you already work with a basic CRM, feel free to enrich the sheet with those notes—just be sure the daily file I receive is up to date and accurate.

Success is measured by:
• All allocated numbers dialled the same day they are assigned
• Accurate logging of status (sale, call-back, no answer, etc.)
• Prompt email replies sent for every interested lead
• The completed sheet arriving in my inbox before close of business each day
