Incoming Call Message Specialist
Budget: €6 – €12 EUR
I’m looking for a calm, courteous voice to answer my business line whenever I’m unavailable. Your sole focus will be taking clear, concise messages. Each time the phone rings you’ll:
• Greet the caller warmly
• Follow the brief script I’ll supply word-for-word
• Note the exact reason for the call, then end the call politely
I’m not asking you to transfer calls or gather full contact details—just capture why they phoned so I can prioritise my follow-ups. After each call you’ll send me the message immediately by email or chat (whichever is faster for you) so nothing slips through the cracks.
Reliability, excellent spoken English, and a quiet work environment are essential. If you’re comfortable sticking to a provided script and can keep messages short and accurate, I’d love to hear how soon you can start.
Work intensity - 1 hour per day.
Time range - (9:00-17:00) your local time.
