I will be sending you a steady stream of warm inbound prospects from two very specific sectors: jewelry retailers law firms. Your role is to jump on each lead quickly, build rapport over the phone, walk them through our offer, and secure a signed contract or purchase on the spot whenever possible.
All initial outreach and follow-ups happen by phone, so I need someone confident, clear-spoken, and comfortable handling objections in real time. You’ll receive lead details with contact history, talking points, and pricing so you can move straight into qualification and closing.
Deliverables I expect:
• Same-day phone contact on every lead I send
• Detailed call notes and next-step commitments logged in the shared CRM
• Closed contracts or documented reasons a prospect did not convert
Performance will be measured weekly on close rate and pipeline movement. If you consistently hit targets, the volume of leads—and your commission opportunity—will grow quickly.
