Inbound Lead Specialist and Appointment Scheduler
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
Looking for someone to field inbound leads and call them to schedule the appointment right away. Speed to lead is extremely valuable, so this person would need to call within 120 seconds of receiving the message for a new lead.
This person would also be texting & emailing the leads if they don’t pick up to get them booked still.
After the lead is booked they would update our CRM with the notes and place the appointment onto our sales representative’s calendar.
No, obviously you would not be fielding, inbound leads all day every day. But we just expect that person to be near their phone during those hours with the availability to reach out right away. And then with the remaining free time they have which is almost the entire rest of the day, those who did not answer you can reach back out to them to try and schedule the appointment.
Looking for someone to be full time meaning 9AM-7PM EST 5 days a week.
