Inbound B2C Appointment Setter Needed

Job Title: Remote Appointment Setter
Compensation: Base: $200 USD / month per client
Bonuses: Earn up to $1000 USD / month per client (performance-based)

Job Description: As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the crucial first point of contact for prospective martial arts students and their families. Your primary responsibility is converting warm inbound leads into scheduled appointments. This fully remote position welcomes applicants from any country.

Key Responsibilities:
Only following up with EXISTING leads
Reply to incoming calls & texts quickly
Call inbound leads within 1-3 minutes to book appointments.
Confirm appointments and follow up with no-shows
Log prospect notes in the CRM
Apply feedback to improve performance
Escalate issues to the account manager or client when needed

Job Requirements:
Available to respond to leads from 9 AM - 10 PM EST. (You won’t be working all these hours. You only work when a lead comes in or sends a message)
Reliable internet
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Able to quickly implement feedback

Preferred Qualities:
Previous experience in fitness, martial arts, or related industries
Sales or appointment setting background
Familiarity with CRM systems

Compensation Structure (per client)
Monthly base: $200 USD guaranteed
Performance bonus: $5 per lead who attends their scheduled appointment
Monthly earning potential: Up to $1,000 USD per client (base + bonuses)
Payouts: Paid on the 3rd of each month
Growth: Opportunity to manage multiple clients as you demonstrate success
