US/AU/CA Hybrid Email Support

I’m growing our customer-care coverage across the United States, Australia, and Canada and need a few detail-oriented representatives who already understand the policies, shipping standards, and customer expectations that differ in each of those markets. The channel you’ll own is email—no phones, no live chat—so polished written English and the ability to mirror regional tone (US, AU, or CA) are essential.
You’ll work from shared inboxes built on Gmail and Outlook as well as typical business email aliases routed through our CRM. If you already use canned responses, tags, and SLA timers inside tools like Zendesk, G-Suite, or HubSpot, that’s a plus.
Your core duties are straightforward:
• Answering customer inquiries with clear, accurate information
• Handling complaints empathetically while protecting revenue and brand reputation
• Processing orders, including edits, refunds, exchanges, and follow-ups
I measure success by first-response time (under 24 hours), CSAT above 90 percent, and tidy, well-documented threads. Let me know which of the three regions you know best, the platforms you’ve supported, and the volume you can comfortably manage each day so we can get you onboarded quickly.
