Hotel Reservation Pretend Call

I need someone to ring a friend of me pretending to be a reservation worker at a hotel as long story short I booked a hotel break for us which was for three nights and my friend now only wants to go for two nights so they have requested me to ring the hotel up and ask them for a refund for the first night. I obviously want to go for the full three nights so I basically want you to ring my friend up and pretend to be from the hotel outlining how you friend (which is me) asked me to ring you to let you know about our booking with us. Please outline that unfortunately a refund for the first night is not an option as outline the package your booking was under was a non refundable option as outline your friend (again which is me booked this us on Thursday July 03rd. Please then outline the only thing we can do is offer you a refund for the first night in a monetary voucher which outline can be used at a different time at the hotel or else after speaking to my manager we can upgrade your room which you booked to a preiumum suite if the booking is kept as is and please outline that your friend gave me your number to let you know this.
