I need reliable support with two time-sensitive parts of my home-loan sales process. First, every inbound lead must be contacted quickly to lock in a convenient appointment slot with me. Second, once a prospect applies, you will chase any missing KYC, income or property papers by phone until everything is safely in my inbox.

You will call from a provided list, update my simple Google Sheet / CRM with the status of each outreach, and note the exact date a document is received. Clear, polite and persistent communication on the phone is essential; email or portal work is handled elsewhere.

Deliverables
• Confirmed calendar appointments for each new lead
• Complete document packages uploaded or clearly flagged as pending in the tracker
• Daily summary of calls made, outcomes and any issues needing my attention
