Home Care Office Manager
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Community-focused home-care agency that delivers one-on-one personal care and warm companionship to disabled adults and elderly clients. The in-home support we coordinate centres on three essentials—bathing & grooming, fresh meal preparation, and gentle medication reminders—so every shift must be impeccably scheduled, staffed, and documented.
I’m looking for someone who can take full ownership of the office side:
• Field new enquiries, gather intake details, and build simple care plans
• Match caregivers to each visit, maintain the weekly roster, and handle last-minute changes
• Track visit notes, timesheets, and caregiver credentials so we stay audit-ready at all times
• Liaise with families, keeping them updated on any care changes or emerging needs
• Prepare a concise weekly status report outlining completed hours, upcoming shifts, and any red-flags
******* IT IS PREFERABLE IF YOU ARE BILINGUAL SPANISH/ENGLISH, but not required ************
If you already know scheduling and compliance tools like AxisCsre, EVV, Sandata,, or a similar platform, you’ll ramp up faster, but organized spreadsheet gurus are welcome too.
Steady phone etiquette, respectful client communication, and a knack for crisis-free logistics matter more than office size—this is a small, tightly knit operation and I want it to feel that way from a client’s first call through every visit.
Deliverables will be judged on punctual visit coverage, error-free records, and family feedback, with the first review after two weeks of live operations. Let me know your relevant experience and the systems you’re comfortable with, and we’ll schedule a quick introductory call.
Starting Salary per hour $5/hr
Ater a successful 2 weeks $6.00
After successful 30 days $8.00
Performance reviews every quarter with up to 6% increases
