We are hiring female remote call agents to engage in light, friendly, and supportive voice conversations with our clients. This is not a sales role — the goal is to provide casual, non-judgmental conversation and emotional presence through scheduled calls or messages.
The ideal candidate is someone with a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to hold warm, casual conversations in Hindi, Urdu, or English.
Key Responsibilities:
Make or receive scheduled voice calls with assigned clients
Engage in light, supportive conversations (not product-based or scripted)
Provide active listening and emotional presence (non-therapeutic)
Maintain a professional and respectful tone at all times
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of all clients
Requirements:
Female candidates only (18+ years old)
Fluent in Hindi, Urdu, or English (one or more)
Friendly voice and approachable communication style
Reliable internet connection and mobile access to apps like WhatsApp or Telegram
Prior experience in customer service, support, or tele-calling is a plus (but not required)
Compensation:
