Hiring Appointment Setters and Customer Service Reps

Hiring reliable, Growth-driven, Bonus-motivated Appointment Setters / Virtual Assistants.
Calling a list of (warm) prospects and converting them to *Active Leads* (appointment for our inhouse Senior Sales Staff).
Base Salary: 1250 EURO + Bonuses on Output (number of appointments generated)


From Monday to Friday, GMT and ICT (two shifts),
Your roles and duties are:

a. Identifying the needs of a potential client
b. Generating interest in your product or service
c. Keeping records of potential clients' information and activity in CRM
d. Booking/Confirming precise appointments for Account Executives.

Vertical: IFP niche.

Financial Package:
- Monthly Fixed Salary, paid each week (Fridays);
- Weekly Bonuses, paid each Friday - this is calculated based on the number of appointments
- Success Bonus, paid each last Friday of the Month, and this is calculated based on Successful appointments made that current month.
