Hire a Customer Service Specialist (Email and Outbound Campaign)
Budget: $3 – $6 CAD

YOUR ROLE:
Qualify outbound opportunities and develop a strong pipeline via phone and email communications
Researching potential websites and people for outreach.
Manage to create, developing, delivering in our lead generation strategy on all our social media platforms, email, and phone campaign.
Track and manage campaign changes and provide insights for performance improvement
QUALIFICATIONS:
This is a full-time role - you should have no other conflicting obligations.
Must be able to work full-time during Canada Business Hours (semi-flexible hours are possible).
Home-office required with Reliable High-Speed Internet and noise-canceling headset
Ability to communicate well and thrive in an all-remote setting.
Strong background in the e-Commerce industry and familiar with Shopify and different marketplaces (Amazon, BestBuy, Staples...)
Customer Service is a PLUS.
Knowledge of Email marketing platforms (MailChimp and Klaviyo) is a PLUS.
